My name is Diane Watson and I am a real estate professional with Realty Executives, the valley's real estate leader.   I am a neighborhood specialist working primarily in North Scottsdale.

I created this website to assist you with one of the biggest decisions you will ever make - buying or selling a home!  

In order to have a successful transaction and ultimately happy clients, I believe it is critical that my clients are well informed and active participants throughout the entire process. 

This means that I work one-on-one with each client and do not pass them on to assistants or associates.  I take 100% responsibility for every client relationship.

In almost every transaction, there are surprises, whether with the inspection, a lender or the title company.  My job is to stay on top of these issues and resolve them quickly so that molehills do not become mountains.

As a result of this proactive approach, I am happy to say that I have never had a listing cancelled or expire and have never had a home not sell.  I also have never had any of my transactions wind up in litigation after the close of escrow.

Professionally, I have a background in public relations, marketing and mediation.  For my clients, this means I bring a strong set of communications and negotiating skills to the table. 

On the personal side, I am a native Californian and grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area.  I attended the University of California at Berkeley where I earned Bachelor of Arts degree.
